Leonardo Andres Manino is a Chief Lifeguard of Rosario City in Argentina.

He´s Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic, EMT-P and a Civil Protection and Emergency Technician. Also, he has a Master Degree in EMS and Civil Protection Management. 

He was founder member and actual president of Argentina lifesaving Association EPSA . Internationally he is ILS BOD member and Chair in the Latin American Committee of the ILS Americas, he’s member of the ILS Medical Committee as well. 

His employment in Argentina is as City Lifeguard Chief. Besides, he is member of the Civil Defense local Council. He´s member of a work team of the Santa Fe Health Ministry. He works giving the annually recycle and re-certification instance for Lifeguards all around the State. He has participated in the WWS and WCDP since 2007 and others local and International congresses giving lectures and oral presentations. He also participates in different programs about drowning prevention in Latin America and worldwide.
