Anu Kirupananthan, NP is a clinician, writer, and advocate based in San Francisco, California. She is the founder of the Resilient Roots Project NGO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to water safety education for children under six and their families, as well as education, advocacy, and support for EMS professionals, physicians and nurses, on drowning prevention and response. Her professional interests include empowering young children with water safety skills and advancing education and research on post-drowning difficult airway management. She completed her training at the University of Pennsylvania, earning degrees in Nursing,  along with Healthcare Management and Policy, as well as Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
