Ashley Ridge, BHSc (Hons) – Australia

Ashley is an early career researcher with more than 5 years’ experience in research and program delivery and evaluation in the field of health promotion and public health. She is currently employed as the Research Project Officer – Research and Health Promotion with the Royal Life Saving Society of Western Australia (RLSSWA) working on a number of projects relating to drowning prevention and water safety skills and education. She has a Bachelor of Health Science (First Class Honours) from Edith Cowan University. Her research interests include drowning prevention, Aboriginal health and the role of nutrition in the prevention of chronic diseases. Ashley also has experience in clinical trials through her previous work in the School of Medical and Health Sciences and School of Nursing and Midwifery at Edith Cowan University.
