Gary is the Director of the Australian company See Clearly Now, and more widely known as the creator of Pool Super Vision™; a program that assists lifeguards and their organisations to determine and exercise due diligence for preventing injury and death for drowning events.
He began his water safety career in 1986 as a surf life saver in Australia and became a pool lifeguard in 1994. He has worked in and overseen the operation of public swimming facilities since. He presents both locally and internationally on preventing drowning, writes for a number of Australian publications, assists aquatic industry peak bodies and is a trainer for the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia.
Gary has also been involved with the Cronulla Sutherland Offshore Rescue Boat, Westpac Rescue Helicopter (New England- North West), Australian Army Reserve and is currently a Crew Leader with the NSW Rural Fire Service.
